Most unwanted behaviors are caused by lack of exercise, poor socialization skills and rehearsal of behaviors that harm our relationship with our dog. We need to understand our dog from their perspective in order to correct the problem. Our dogs are learning all the time and they do what works for them. That is why it is so important to start working with your new dog as soon as you bring them home.
Is your doggy misbehaving?
By the time a dog is 6 months old they start forming their own ideas about how the world works and it may not match what you have in mind. Does your dog come when you call them? Are they pulling too much on leash? Is your dog barking, jumping, and still nipping? Do they get excited by noises, people or dogs? Let’s set you up for success and get your pup to focus on you instead of everything else in their environment.
Together we can figure out what is going on with your canine so we can change their emotional response to what scares them. Together we can come up with a plan to change the way your dog thinks about their world.
Our Awesome Clients!

We went through 4 trainers before we found Rebecca. Are we ever glad we finally found the right one! If you know Irish Setters at all, they are SUPER HIGH ENERGY hunting dogs. Well, she understands him completely. Unlike other trainers, Rebecca is very easy going and kindhearted with him and with us. She takes her time so that we all understand what we’re supposed to do. Finnegan is so much calmer now. Our relationship with him is growing and our bond with him is much stronger. He listens to us now and looks us in the eye for approval. We’ve only been with Rebecca for a few short months but Finnegan’s progress has been phenomenal. We are so grateful to Rebecca for all she’s done for our family

Rebecca is very experienced and Informed. We had a consult with her about some troubles we were having with our adolescent dog and she helped us understand things from our dog’s perspective and suggested ways we can change the behaviour. I liked that she charges per session rather than pay up front for a bunch of sessions. That way we can work on things that she’d suggested, and setup follow up consultations, as necessary. I would definitely recommend Rebecca’s services to anyone looking for some canine behavioural training.
